Ideally located in Palm Desert, walking distance to shops and restaurants and only a short drive to Indio or Palm Springs. We are located in circle 8 of the Sandpiper development. Countless golf courses to choose from near by. Enjoy access to a beautiful courtyard pool and mountain views and private back patio with a comfortable hammock. This property comes with a fully stocked chefs kitchen with Thermador appliances, gas stove and Weber grill.

Great stay - The house had everything we needed and it was very clean, comfortable & quiet. Also, the location is super close to all the fun shopping and restaurants in the Palm Desert/ El Paseo area.

Amidst the heat and dust and traffic jams of Coachella weekend, Geraldine’s home felt like a tranquil oasis. We were a group of three early teenagers with two parents and we all agreed this was the perfect place to stay. The kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool while mom and dad looked on from the shaded patio. There’s a cute French bakery/cafe just across the street and a Trader Joe’s a few blocks away so leisurely breakfasts at the unit couldn’t be easier. Overall, great stay!

We had such a lovely time at Geraldine’s place. It was super convenient and Geraldine is very responsive! 5 stars all around!
