This home has three beds, two baths, two floor beds, modern kitchen, driveway parking, and backyard with cozy porch and electric grill. Total of six (6) guests can stay in this property.
The house is a modern split-plan with an open living/dining area and guest rooms and bath on opposite side of house from primary suite. Kitchen has double ovens, electric stove, and equipped with most common kitchen accessories.
Small parties/gatherings allowed. Any guests entering property need to be registered in reservation. Registered guests will all be accountable for understanding of house rules and staying the duration of the reservation at the property. Any deviations need to be discussed with owner prior.

The house is really nice and has a pretty good layout. There were going to be four of us staying, and we wanted to have both bathrooms, so paid extra for the master suite. The beds and bedding are very comfortable.
The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The catch is that the main roadway along the back of the house is super busy and very loud. We used a loud fan in the room to help us sleep and drown out the traffic noise. We didn't want to use the patio because of it.
Having quick access to the canal trail in the back of the neighborhood was a nice addition for a walk or run. Getting to a trailhead for the South Mountain Regional Park was super quick.
The kitchen needs more pots and pans to cook with as there were only very small options to use. Lots of small kitchen appliances, so we resorted to using an InstaPot for cooking pasta. The spices and such need to be cleaned out or updated. Some were rancid.
Overall, a good place for a couple of nights, but the week for us was tiresome.
