Beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bath home for rent in Phoenix.

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with double sinks. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed.
A two piece bathroom is located on the main floor.
You're a three minute walk away from the mountains for a nice hike, a long run and excellent mountain biking. The home is located 10 minutes south from the PHX airport, golf courses blocks away and excellent shopping just down the road.
Bring the family for Spring Training and NASCAR.
A short drive to downtown Phoenix is where you can catch a play at the many theaters, see a concert, watch the Suns or Mercury at Talking Stick Resort Arena, catch major league baseball at Chase Field, stroll through museums, or see the Opera or Symphony at the Phoenix Symphony Hall.
Talking Stick Resort Casino and Vee Quiva Casino are a short drive away.

Communication with the Host was excellent. We enjoyed have the pool and hot tub available for our use. We definitely would stay here again since we visit family in the Phoenix area 3 or 4 times a year.

Better experience with these changes: - Heat in the Pool- Heat Hot Tub before noon- Update the pool-pation furniture- Replace all the mattresses- Beds were not good!- Kitchen was stocked well - House was clean
