10 / 10Outstanding·Jul 2026
The property was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive and communicated clearly. We really appreciated the downstairs master bedroom suite. The kitchen was clean and well appointed with everything we might need. The pool was clean and refreshing; we used it almost every day of our stay. The Roku TVs made it easy to stream our own shows and entertainment. Having a washer and dryer available was a great convenience. The whole family slept comfortably and very much enjoyed our stay. We experienced a minor mechanical issue in the first part of our stay. The host responded immediately when I texted him about the issue and took immediate steps fix the problem. I appreciated the host’s efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to keep me informed throughout the process. We will happily stay at this property again if we are in the Phoenix area in the future.

Brent's property is gorgeous and peaceful. I originally planned on staying one week, tacked on an additional two stays. Very communicative host. Peaceful writing den vibes. Pool is a little chilly for my lizard blood (perfect for out of state visitors). Great hot tub.
