Thank you for choosing The Palo Verde! To help ensure a comfortable stay for you, future guests, and our neighbors, please review and follow the house rules below.
1. Maximum Occupancy
The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community.
4. No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and the use of recreational drugs are not permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Pets by Approval Only
Pets may be permitted with prior approval. Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damages caused during their stay.
6. Community & HOA Rules
This home is located within a gated residential community. Guests must comply with all community rules and be respectful of neighbors, parking areas, and shared amenities.
7. Pool Use
Guests use the community pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow all posted pool rules and hours.
8. Fire Pit & Grill
Use the wood-burning fire pit and electric grill responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended and ensure all equipment is turned off after use. Guests assume responsibility for safe operation.
9. Respect the Property
Please treat the home as if it were your own. Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or accidental breakage as soon as possible.
10. Security & Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, locks, or exterior security devices.
11. Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved. Before departure, please:
• Start the dishwasher if used
• Place used towels in the bathrooms
• Dispose of trash properly
• Lock all doors and windows
• Turn off lights and electronics
12. Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional fees, removal from the property, or cancellation of the reservation.
