The house was exactly as advertised. The pool was nice and the waterfall was functional. Although it’s not pictured, they also had a nice big grill and propane available. Would recommend this property to future renters.

This is a nice home close to Phoenix ammenities. It is a good size with a nice pool. We found it very comfortable for the 6 of us. The check-in process was fine but did have to reach out for the code versus it being sent to me in advance. Eduardo was very responsive to questions and issues we had. There could have been more paper products such at toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Eduardo offered to have some delivered by the morning but I had already bought the toilet paper we needed. Garage door stopped working and looked like someone had run into it. Also, first time I rented a place with such a large upfront deposit. Overall a nice place with a good location and maintained well. I would consider renting again but not if they continue to charge the deposit. VRBO essentially had my deposit money for over 2 months in addition to the stay costs. I wish Eduardo good luck in the future.

Home was clean and worked great for our needs. The host was very responsive and helpful. Located close to the airport and shopping. The pool was clean and refreshing.
