Fully furnished home to include washer/dryer with all supplies needed. 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes to downtown Scottsdale, 30 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Cardinal’s Stadium) and easy access to restaurants/entertainment! 5 minutes to unlimited hiking or biking in South Mountain Park (16000 acres and 51 miles of trails) or any of the other parks or mountain preserves in the area. Easy access to countless golf courses. From the backyard you will have wonderful views of horses, South Mountain and beautiful sunsets! Plenty of room for trailer parking if needed. The hosts were so welcoming! This is a beautiful property, had everything you could need or want. A little paradise in the middle of the city but you feel like you are in the country. I would definitely recommend, 10 stars!

We just spent a week at this lovely horse ranch. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the clean and bright home to the quiet neighborhood with its easy access to all of Phoenix we had everything we needed. And we had more than that. We were greeted each day by the horses. They made the experience exceptional. As did the hosts who were kind, accommodating and welcoming. All in all an easy place to recommend

The house is absolutely beautiful and super clean! I loved watching the horses as the sun set. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Van and Terry’s hospitality is unmatched. From the fresh fruit to the restaurant recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!

We chose this because it looked nice and the horses appealed to my daughter. It far exceeded our expectations. It is an oasis in a city. You turn the corner and instantly feel a calmness away from city chaos. We enjoyed all the information we got from Van. He made the experience very nice. Julie spent a lot of time petting and hugging the horses. Van was responsive to any request and went above and beyond. We had a wonderful time.
