We had the most wonderful stay in Siesta and at this condo. The condo perfect for me and my husband but could def have a third person there. The location is amazing. Your front yard is the beach. You walk out of your front door and there is white sand and crystal clear water. The beach doesn’t tend to get overly crowded because of the private location which is really nice. The furniture is excellent quality and comfortable. The condo itself is up to date and modern. The condo has EVERYTHING you need… washer , dryer, kitchen pots and pans, utencils, coffee pot, plenty of towels and linens etc. You have a front row seat to all of the notorious sunsets and it is a short walk to the village. There is also a personal driveway which would fit approx 2 cars. As far as communication with the rental agency…. It was top notch. Any time i would send a message, I would hear back from them almost immediately. We will def be back. Only suggestion to guests is to bring beach chairs and tent. There were two beach chairs provided (hopefully still there) but we ended up purchasing the tent (we left it there for future guests). You will need shielding from the sun because the weather is so amazing there.
