We constantly remodeling and redecorating. Your needs and comfort is our priority. This apartment is very clean and supplied with all you might need, while you stay here. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh sheets, all towels and beach towels, beach chairs ,and so much more. We just did huge downstairs decking and entire landscaping, so you van enjoy to sit privately with more friends or family.

Very reasonable price with walkable access to the beach and the village area. Stairs were a little tricky for our elderly family members. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Great messaging communication from the host and an absolutely ideal location! The unit itself is slightly dated with some minor maintenance issues (leaky faucets and such) but it's obvious that the unit has been undergoing some really nice improvements and the convenience of all the included extras was a plus. My parents, in their 70s, were a little uneasy by the narrow stairs leading to the unit. However, they just took their time going up and down and it was never an issue. They even agreed that the perfect location in Siesta Key made the stairs worth it! Thanks for a great stay and some lifelong memories!!

The location was perfect. We found a short cut through Daiquiri Deck that led us to the heart of the village within 1 minute of walking. The beach was a 4 minute walk and the place was immaculate. We will definitely stay here again!

Living area could use some updating, hall shower doesn’t drain well, steps leading to unit could use some work. Unit was very clean and spacious. Location was great
