BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
SEASON (JAN THROUGH APRIL) AND SUMMER (JUNE THROUGH MID AUGUST)
1 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRED AND SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY BOOKINGS ONLY
HOLIDAY WEEKS (NEW YEARS, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS)
1 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRED AND SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY BOOKINGS ONLY
Tenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.
