Things liked:
Handling of late check in was super easy.
Location was great.
Great view.
Pool was nice.
Clean with minimal damage.
Basic amenities provided.
Things not liked:
It was misleading on Booking.com that the $1,500 damage hold was not part of the original charge. When I originally booked it showed this was included in the total price. Not a separate charge/hold.
Late check out was a $200 charge and for only two additional hours. What is the point.
Washing of beach towel requirement: no laundry soap provided. Thankfully I had brought my own.
No extra garbage bags provided in any room even though check in documentation indicated they were to be provided.
Main level bathroom had hand soap but no dish to put it on.
Master bathroom shower configuration leads to water on the bathroom floor every time shower was used. The sinks/faucet location resulted in water on counter every time.
Prior to check out the cleaning staff was waiting in drive at 9:30 for us to vacate even though check out was 10:00. Very rude and unprofessional.
Expectation to tip cleaning staff when there is already a hefty cleaning fee included in the rental price.
Would also suggest leaving a broom in main level closet for sweeping of floors. Vacuum was not the greatest. A broom might have been more effective for cleaning dining and kitchen areas.

Perfect location for walking to the beach or the restaurants.
And while we did not have to 'collect keys' on arrival, Claire, at the office, took the time to greet us and make sure we had all the info to make us comfortable during our stay. Very friendly and welcoming.
