House was amazing! Perfect for our family of 16. Spectacular views, spacious bedrooms, clean, amazing living spaces on main floor and top floor, pool was great! Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach. The management company was wonderful! The whole process was seamless. Valerie was super helpful in booking excursions and answering questions about travel/house etc. David was a great host and always available to answer questions about the house or recommend activities, restaurants etc. Housekeeping staff was great and chef Germaine and team were top notch! Would recommend this experience to anyone and will definitely come back!

Our stay could not have been better. The house itself is fantastic. We had 12 people in our group (8 adults, 4 children) and there was plenty of space for people to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. We brought a few of our own inflatables for the pool, but otherwise the house was stocked with everything we needed.
Location is great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a car but could've gotten away without it. We only used it to get to the beach (could have taken cabs) and grocery store (can get groceries delivered for $5).
We of course took a guided tour of Manual Antonio National Park and also saw a bunch of wildlife from the house -- sloths, macaws, toucans, white faced monkeys and squirrel monkeys.
Highly recommend hiring a private chef. We found it was cheaper than eating out. We had Chef Marcos and Chef Esteban and both were amazing!
David, Valerie, and the concierge team were so helpful and easy to work with both before and during our trip. It was a 5-star experience all around!

My sister & I have sons graduating from college & we wanted one last spring break for them and their friends and this house did not disappoint. We were a group of 13 family and friends (6 adults in our 50's & 8 adults in their 20's) and we used all the bedrooms. They were clean and well appointed with stunning views of the ocean. The mini splits worked well keeping you cooled while you slept, in what was a hotter than normal spring break.
The daily maid service kept the house immaculately clean during our stay. House is geared for a large group with 2 fridges, lots of coffee pots, beach towels. The beds are very comfortable, good hot water and pressure.
House has stunning views and proximity to wonderful restaurants like Agua Azul, Cafe Milagro, Emilio's etc. We spent most of out time in that amazing pool facing the Pacific. We are not a party crew, but preferred to watch movies, have two in-home catered meals and dine out.
I am not exaggerating when I say that we viewed just as much wildlife in the trees while swimming in the pool, than we did on our Manuel Antonio Park tour. Ex: sloths, all three monkeys (squirrel, howler and capuchin), pairs of flying macaws, toucans and agouti.
I will say the driveway is steep, but so are most houses in Costa Rica, but our little SUV had a bit of trouble until we figured out the perfect way to approach it.There are 4 levels with stairs, but so worth it! I'd come back in a heartbeat!
