The 5 large master suites are air-conditioned, all have views and private bathrooms so no one will be disappointed! There are 5 suites with king beds. Master Suites 4 & 5 can be configured as king bed suites or suites with 2 twin beds in each.

The large modern chef’s kitchen is well equipped and includes a breakfast bar that sits at the end of the spacious waterfall island. Our dining table comfortably seats 10 and there is additional dining space on the terrace by the pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned with both the living room and kitchen / dining room having AC. There are 55` smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room, perfect for a relaxing movie night after enjoying a fun day at the beach, zip lining, or white water rafting.
If you prefer to enjoy inside / outside living, there are several large glass sliding doors that allow all areas of house to be opened up to the cool mountain breezes. The private pool has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and jungle.
To further enhance your vacation why not indulge with a Private Chef. This is a service loved by all of our guests. It’s a fabulous way to relax and dine at home, making the most of your wonderful villa. The Chef will shop, prepare, cook, serve and clean. Chef will provide grocery receipts for reimbursement.
Alternatively we offer an All Inclusive Meal package which includes:
- Private chef (breakfast or lunch plus dinner service)
- all groceries (excluding shrimp or lobster)

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Manuel Antonio! The views of the mountains and ocean were absolutely breathtaking—photos don’t do it justice. We loved the daily visits from the iguana, tucans, even though we didn’t spot any monkeys this time around. The house was perfect for two families with teenagers, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and surrounded by stunning scenery.One of the best parts of our stay was the exceptional service. Our concierge, Eduardo, was amazing! He helped us set up all our excursions—ATVs, a catamaran cruise, and a visit to the national park—and gave us fantastic food recommendations throughout the trip. He made everything seamless and stress-free, and we truly appreciated his local knowledge and warm personality.We also took advantage of the private chef experience, which was nothing short of outstanding. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The maid service was excellent as well—everything was spotless throughout our stay.We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing getaway in Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

It was so much more than we could have imagined! Everything was perfect from the time we arrived. The vacation planning services were an added bonus and communication was excellent every step of the way. Once we arrived at the Villa we were warmly greeted by Debby. She was available 24/7 and very responsive to all questions and requests. There was more than enough room for the six of of, and lots of sitting area and beautiful views! I highly recommend this villa and this company! We will definitely be back and will use them for our next booking!

Our group of 8, including 4 kids, had an amazing stay at Brisas del Mar! The property is even better in real life than it looks in pictures - the outdoor space and the view are incredible, and inside the house is very comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with any appliance you might need, plus tons of crockery and silverware. Communication with the property manager before we arrived, and with our concierge Eddie during our stay, was exceptional. We particularly appreciated the option for them to stock the house with groceries on our arrival day. They also arranged a private chef to cook for us one evening, which was a very special experience. The pool was perfect for the kids. We saw monkeys, toucans, macaws, coati, iguanas and more from the deck. I could go on! Overall an amazing vacation and one we will remember for a long time.

We had an amazing week in Manuel Antonio. Everything was organized in advance by our concierge and there were no surprises. Each day was amazing. We visited the rainmaker park, the national park, ziplining, the men went deep sea and each snagged a sailfish. The Ladies enjoyed at home massages. We had a wonderful chef, Paige who cooked breakfast and supper for us everyday. We toured a coffee and chocolate farm. We enjoyed the beach and our little slice of paradise at Brisas Del Mar every morning and evening in the pool and backyard. The home and grounds are beautiful and everything is provided. Wonderful to have daily maid and grounds keeping. Last day we did a little shopping and then headed to the marina for an afternoon private sale with food and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. fishing, zip lines, beach, coffeeand
