About this house rental
Grab the whole family and head to Davenport for a fun-filled escape to the Sunshine State! Our 6 Bedrooms 6.5 Baths, 3,505 Sq Ft is ideal for you and your families / friends vacation.
As you enter the home you are greeted with a large living room/dining room area. As you walk towards the back of the home you will find an additional living room and dining room along with an open kitchen area. The best part is the tri-sliding door to the pool area where you can enjoy privacy with no rear neighbors. Upstairs you will find all 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom).
Located within the gated community of Watersong, and there are plenty of amenities to keep you busy, like the tennis courts, playground, recreation and fitness facilities. This home is also located just under 30 minutes to Disney, just minutes to Providence Golf Club, shopping center, restaurants and more.
FACILITIES
This property is self-service--meaning our guests will need to supply their own toiletries such as cleaning products, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, the property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You must be 25+ Years of age to book.

* The use of the BBQ grill is $15 per night of stay

With an entertainment centre and ample seating areas located immediately as you enter the home and again at the rear of the home towards the pool.

Our well-equipped kitchen comprises a large countertops, a 60/40 sink, waste disposal, and pantry.
Breakfast bar with six stools
Appliances: stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser.
All tableware and cooking utensils
Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster
All linens and towels are supplied.
Washing and Drying facilities are available and can be found on the upper floor.

This beautiful and spacious dining area is just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people.

We boast a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa (gas heating optional - additional fees apply).
The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
It has a table with chairs and an optional BBQ.
This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.
Our Guests have access to Watersongs Resort Club
Outside
Our home is situated on a quiet street within the Watersong resort.
The community facilities are situated around 5 minutes walk from the home.
To the rear of the home is woodland and conservation.
Garage
We have space for a vehicle in our garage, there is space for four vehicles on the adjoining driveway.

Our home is fitted with high speed internet access, free to all of our guests.

The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.

Great property! We had more than enough room for my husband, my two teenage boys and my mom. There are larger bath towels stocked by the pool, so bring beach towels if you want them. Lots of pool floats and we added to the collection. We’d definitely stay here again!

Four Golfing friends from MA to spend a week golfing. Davenport is a perfect spot to avoid paralyzing traffic on I 4. The house is perfect with queen or king beds in 5 bedrooms, great open kitchen and lanai with pool & hot tub. We played Providence ( 5 minutes) Highland Reserve ( 20 minutes), Southern Dunes ( 20 minutes) and Celebration, only one requiring I 4 traffic, ( 30 minutes). Adrian was very attentive and the house was absolutely perfect.

We’ve never rented a VRBO before this and I would recommend it to others. It was a lot cheaper than hotel stays and the house was spacious and comfortable. We loved it - beautiful house and kids loved the pool! Only issue was the distance to travel to amenities and parks, but not a huge issue. But absolutely loved it!
