This gated luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida, and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. This home will provide you and your family with an abundance of luxury amenities leaving you well-equipped to vacation with all the usual items you would expect to find at home. Providence is only a 40-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. The resort's amenities include a family-oriented fitness and aquatic center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and an activity room for aerobic classes, and other related activities. Providence's main attraction is the Providence Golf and Country Club. The golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, lounge, and restaurant with seating for 200 people. Providence Golf and Country Club has introduced a "Common area recreational facilities" fee. The daily Fee is $10 per adult and is not subject to tax. Children under the age of 16 will be free but must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee covers access to the pool areas and gym and is only required if guests wish to use these amenities. Payment can be made at the clubhouse front desk (open daily from 9am - 7pm) when checking in to use the pool and gym and payment can only be made in cash or by check. There are no multi day or weekly passes, daily passes only.

As a group of 9 adults and an infant this villa was just about perfect . 5 double bedrooms are hard to find near to the theme parks so this was the reason we chose it. As a group we were all very impressed with it . Most adults in the party are regular travellers to Florida so have seen a lot of villas . Only gripes that came up throughout the whole of the stay were …
No electric kettle and only a two slice toaster (of which it only did one side of bread at a time ) in a house of 10 people this made breakfast time a bit of chore .
Minor things indeed !
So on the whole we throughly loved our vacation in this villa .
Very pleased to see a safety net around the pool as it kept our 2-year-old safe throughout our holiday.
Villa now has a games room which we didn’t realise until we arrived so that was a bonus.
We did buy a booster seat for the dining table for our infant and have left it there for potential other guests if management company allow it .

There were 5 adults and we truely enjoyed our stay. Its a beautiful home. My only complaint was the kitchen. Their cleaning crew was lacking. There is a visible grease mark above the stove that is covered in dust. Many of the dishes were visually dirty. There was food on the vase on the table. The plates are from ikea and have tons of scratch marks on them. The rest if the house was so beautiful that this just stuck out. It sleeps 12 but not even a sevice of 12 silverware. We loved the pools, both swimming and pool table. We would definitely go again.

Resident neighbors aren’t fond of vacay rentals which made it an u comfortable experience. We found the neighbor standing in front of our property taking pictures of our vehicles….one of which was eventually towed because it was a hair over the line. Beautiful property, however.
