The house was beautiful and enough space for all of us. The circle seats by the pool are very dirty and the tops have tears in them. The BBQ grease hasn't been emptied in a long time and the smell was awful. Also the whole time we was there we had problems with the internet. It was so annoying because our kids wasn't swimming the whole time and couldn't even watch TV. They had the cable guy change something but it never was working good.

Our family stayed in this home for 6 nights and had a great time. The house was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We opted to heat the pool which was a good choice for the time of year we were there and made it possible for us to spend hours there when we weren't visiting parks or going on other adventures. Michael, our guest contact, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions and was always very quick to respond.

We stayed at this property recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the layout of the house was excellent—each bedroom having its own attached bathroom made it really convenient for our group and added a nice level of privacy. The location was also great, and the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. The host was responsive throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth, quick, and hassle-free.Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The house was noticeably dirty when we arrived, and we encountered cockroaches both inside and outside the property, which was very unsettling. Additionally, while the pool and hot tub were usable at first, they became increasingly murky toward the end of our stay, suggesting they weren’t being properly maintained.Overall, while the property has strong potential due to its layout, location, and attentive host, the cleanliness and maintenance concerns significantly impacted our experience.
