Located just minutes from Disney and set within the gated Watersong Resort, our spacious 6-bedroom villa offers one of the largest and most private pool decks in the community.
With a huge 40' x 30' screened pool deck, no front or rear neighbors, and peaceful woodland and lake views, you’ll enjoy rare privacy and true Florida outdoor living after busy park days.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 were fully remodeled in January 2026 with new beds, furnishings and décor, offering upgraded comfort and improved flexibility for families and groups.

• Bedroom 6 – 2 single beds (upgraded from bunks for greater comfort and flexibility)

All bedrooms are individually styled and equipped with TVs throughout (10 in total).

For ease of operation, the pool and spa are normally heated together on a set-and-forget schedule prior to guest arrival.
Typical target temperatures:
• Pool: approximately 88°F
• Spa: approximately 100°F
Seasonal daily rates (plus tax):
• Dec – Jan: $40
• Feb & Nov: $30
• Mar – Oct: $20
• Apr – Sept: $15
Even during summer months, if heating is requested mainly for spa use, the minimum charge is $15 + tax per day.

Very spacious rental. The kitchen area was top-notch; plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The pool area is bigger than most rentals and very well-maintained.

This villa is amazing! It's extremely clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area is top-notch for relaxing and enjoying the day. I booked this because my daughter was playing in a softball tournament nearby. I asked the host if there was a folding chair I could bring to the games. There wasn't but he went out of his way and ordered a chair for me that was waiting when I arrived! How accommodating is that? I can't say enough about the property and host. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Don't hesitate to book this villa...you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was factastic and the hosts were extremely responsive and were able to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the privacy of having our own pool and that each room had its own restroom. We will definitely be returning!
