Located just minutes from Disney and set within the gated Watersong Resort, our spacious 6-bedroom villa offers one of the largest and most private pool decks in the community.
With a huge 40' x 30' screened pool deck, no front or rear neighbors, and peaceful woodland and lake views, you’ll enjoy rare privacy and true Florida outdoor living after busy park days.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 were fully remodeled in January 2026 with new beds, furnishings and décor, offering upgraded comfort and improved flexibility for families and groups.

• Bedroom 6 – 2 single beds (upgraded from bunks for greater comfort and flexibility)
One twin room features subtle Disney-themed décor, while another includes the owner’s own professionally printed Giclée photography.
All bedrooms are individually styled and equipped with TVs throughout (10 in total).

Seasonal daily rates (plus tax):
• Dec – Jan: $40
• Feb & Nov: $30
• Mar – Oct: $20
• Apr – Sept: $15
Even during summer months, if heating is requested mainly for spa use, the minimum charge is $15 + tax per day.
Please request pool/spa heating when booking so it can be prepared before arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed villa, which truly has everything you could possibly need. The whole place was spotless and extremely comfortable — from the beds and indoor furnishings to the high‑quality poolside furniture.During our visit we experienced a mix of warm days and cooler spells, and the villa handled it all perfectly. It felt cosy when the temperature dipped and pleasantly cool when the Florida heat returned.The pool area is a real highlight. The generously sized pool deck gives everyone plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fantastic outdoor furniture. My favourite spot was the comfortable orange rattan sofa — the perfect place to sit with a coffee, read a book, and listen to the birds.The pool and spa were beautifully warm, which made such a diference on the chillier days and meant we could enjoy swimming both day and night.Visited some amazing local attractions including Celebrations, Disney Springs, Winter Park and Universal Studios, all with great places to eat. Headed to Clearwater on the coast which was a 2 hour drive. Stunning beaches and got to take a speed boat (The Sea Screamer) where we were followed by pods of dolphins, fantastic experience. Nichola and Richard where the perfect hosts, a phone call away if I needed any information. Would love to return one day and will definitely be recommending the villa to friends!!

everything about this villa from start to finish is amazing,the host even put a Christmas tree up for us.The house is in a great location,the space inside is fantastic the rooms are so spacious clean comfy.Once you enter this property you say WOW,and believe me thats the effect the house gives you.The pool @ Jacuzzie are hot and kept in perfect condition.May i take time also the thank the owners for keeping this house in great shape and this also includes all the cleaners pool man everybody.GREAT STAY

If you’re looking for the perfect house for your holiday…look no further! This place is amazing. The photos on the website are representative of the house. Even better in real life! Huge house with everything you could possibly wish for. Spotlessly clean.Great location on Watersong. Not overlooked from either the front or back. Short distance from all the parks & malls. Our hosts were amazing. Kept us updated & sent clear instructions re check in & departure. We have stayed in several differant houses… Florida Delight is on of our favourites!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Richard’s villa. It was everything we hoped for and more, great facilities and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, even calling us on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The local stew was safe and it was easy to get anywhere. We were really sad to leave and will definitely come here again.
