Our apartment KAVA2 in Manerba del Garda offers exclusive equipment for the highest demands.
This exclusive and lovingly designed holiday apart-ment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beau-tiful Lake Garda and the beach. On the furnished, covered, south-facing balcony you can enjoy the good sea air and lake view.
The 3-room apartment on the first floor offers a bright and friendly living-dining room with a mod-ern kitchenette. A comfortable double bedroom with en suite shower room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
The very beautiful new complex includes a pool for communal use.
A parking space is available in the underground car park
We remind you that young groups under 30 year old are not allowed.
Shops for strolling can be found in Salò or Desen-zano, about 12 km away. Many supermarkets can be found within a 5-minute drive.
Manerba del Garda is also an ideal starting point for hikes through the unique landscape. Picturesque places on the lake invite you to visit and if you still have time and desire, you can visit Verona, Mantua, Milan or Venice on a day trip.
The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
Tourist tax 1.60 euro per day and per person.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie der Wohnanlage ist sehr schön.
Die Tiefgarage ist gerade bei heißen Temperaturen ideal.
Ein Problem ist das Zusammenspiel zwischen Klimaanlage und warmen Wasser, um warm duschen zu können, mussten wir die Klimaanlage komplett ausschalten.
Die Wohnung war schlecht gereinigt.
Die vorhandene Beschattung durften wir nicht benutzen, daher war es morgens sehr warm beim Frühstück.
Die meisten Bewohner der Anlage sind Eigentümer, uns wurde direkt gesagt, dass wir als Mieter nicht gerne gesehen sind.
