Excellent sejour - Bon Propriétaire - Recommande vivement

L’emplacement de cette maison est très stratégique, à seulement quelques minutes de la ville de Lucques et proche de toutes les grandes villes alentours. La maison est très confortable et dispose de quasiment tous les équipements nécessaires pour un long séjour : literie agréable, télévision fonctionnelle, et une excellente machine à laver. Nous remercions chaleureusement le propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, notamment d’avoir laissé quelques produits ménagers supplémentaires comme des capsules de Nespresso et des produits d’entretien. Les tables, tant dans le séjour que dans la cuisine, sont excellentes pour se détendre ou prendre les repas. Le parking est pratique et se trouve juste en face de la maison.

Les escaliers ne sont pas très confortables, car chaque marche est assez haute, il faut donc faire attention en montant et en descendant. De plus, nous avons rencontré un problème avec le climatiseur dans toute la maison pendant notre séjour, qui n’a malheureusement pas pu être réparé en raison des conditions météorologiques extérieures. Nous avons donc dû laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui a parfois dérangé notre sommeil en raison de la proximité de la maison avec la voie rapide.

Prima volta che trovo (e in quantità) le capsule Nespresso!

Appare di recente ristrutturazione ed estremamente pulita. Quello che mi ha lasciato favorevolmente sorpreso è che, per quanto io abbia usato solo un bicchiere e una tazzina, la dotazione di stoviglie e di pentolame è paragonabile a quella di casa, con set completi e uniformi (pure di calici). Ho apprezzato molto l’ampia verietà e quantità (qualche decina di capsule) di capsule Nespresso originali (in genere mettono marchi budget e in quantità contata) e la dotazione per il bagno davvero completa: a parte le pantofole, poi c’era proprio tutto in confezione usa e getta, compreso spazzolino e dentifricio, set di rasatura e set di bellezza). Dato che le caffè scendevano dalle loro scatole, ho anche controllato bene che fossero vere…

Bardzo czysto, pełne wyposażenie łazienki ( papier toaletowy, szampon , żel pod prysznic, czepki, mydełka, jednorazowa maszynka do golenia, itp. ), pełne wyposażenie kuchni ( płyn do mycia naczyń , żel do zmywarki, gąbka całkiem nowa, mleko do kawy, cukier, herbata) sztućce, talerze, szklanki, kieliszki do wina , patelnia, garnki, itp. , dodatkowo koce, duża ilość ręczników, pralka , uwaga! Suszarka klasyczna nie bębnowa 😊. Parking przy obiekcie na wyłączność. Wi-fi działające bez zarzutu , telewizor z netflixem. Idealny domek na pobyt dla 4 , max 6 osób.

Bardzo hałaśliwa ulica ! Dla osób, które potrzebują ciszy spanie przy otwartym oknie jest niemożliwe. Brak ogrodu/tarasu.

В загальному все було добре. Достатньо місця для сім'ї з 4 чоловіків. Добре обладнана квартира. Чистота, рушники, постіль. Господар залишив каву, дякуємо. Паркувальне місце через дорогу. Зручні ліжка. Кондиціонер у вітальні працював добре. Потужний WiFi.

Не працювала кухонна витяжка.На верхніх поверхах слабо працював кондиціонер. Сортування сміття - це дуже добре, але, живучи тиждень - його накопичення неминуче. У нас на кухні весь час стояли пакети з сміттям,бо кожен вид чекав на свій день викидів згідно графіка.

Einfach perfekt

Es war alles in Ordnung, es war alles da, was man braucht. Mehr braucht man nicht. Das Einzige, was nicht so gut war, waren die Treppen zu Schlafzimmer und Bad. Wenn man kleine Kinder hat, ist es dafür nicht so gut geeignet, weil die Kinder leicht auf den Treppen stürzen können. Unser Sohn ist zweieinhalb Jahre alt, deswegen mussten wir ständig aufpassen. Aber wir hatten Glück – er war nicht so oft in der Wohnung. Von daher war alles in Ordnung.

Als je luidruchtige buren hebt in het appartement ernaast, is het wat gehorig.

Séjour agréable à Capannori, tout près de Luca, Pise et Montecatini Terme

Lieu hautement sécurisé, quiétude d'esprit. Tout l'équipement de cuisine et de chambre de bain était partiquement neuf et très complet, incluant laveuse de vaisselle et laveuse de linge. Les deux chambres à l'étage étaient amples et confortables, chambre de bain (douche) à l'étage richement décorée de marbre blanc et noir, douche remarquable ultra-moderne avec contrôle de température de l'eau. L'hôte a répondu à plusieurs de nos questions par des conseils appropriés. Location à Capannori (agréable ville avec un restaurant de grande qualité) bien située près de Luca, Pise, Montecatini Terme. Séjour des plus apprécié. Fortement recommandé pour des gens qui ne voient pas d'inconvénient à une salle de toilette à l'étage seulement.
