La casa è un amore ma le scale sono un problema per gli anziani

La cucina è molto carina e, in generale, la casa era molto pulita e ordinata. Si vede che è stata sistemata con cura.

Le scale per andare nelle camere da letto sono molto alte e non c’è un corrimano. Inoltre non c’è una “barriera” nel corridoio dove accedono e di notte si può rischiare di cadere. Per una persona anziana o per chi ha bimbi piccoli sconsiglierei (a malincuore perché è molto carina) questa casa.

Casa completamente ristrutturata, dotata di tutti i comfort e le attrezzature per la cucina, cosa che non sempre accade, e ampia dotazione di biancheria da bagno. Vicinissima a Lucca (15 minuti in macchina) e comoda anche per raggiungere con l’autostrada Pisa, Pistoia, Firenze e la Versilia

Schöes Haus aber gefährliche Lage (direkt an der Straße)

Sauberkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters.

Die Haustür ist direkt an der Straße und da halten sich wenige Autofahrer an der Tempo 50. gefühlsmäßig fahren manche Autos mit 80 oder sogar 100 km/h direkt an der Tür und am Wohnzimmer vorbei. Sehr laut und gefährlich wenn man raus geht.

Très bon séjour

Logement très propre. Bon équipement (lave vaisselle, machine à café avec dosettes fournies,.....,). Quelques produits de dépannage appréciés (thé, petite bouteille de lait, dosette de confiture. La facilité d'accès (boite à clef). Produits d' entretien fournis. Proximité de Lucques et des centres commerciaux. Échantillons de produits de beauté et chaussons fournis. Belle décoration assortie et moderne. Meubles modernes. Climatisation dans la pièce de vie et les chambres, ménage final compris dans le prix.

Peu d'isolation, on entend facilement les voisins. Route très passante devant. Le logement est assez sombre, obligeant à allumer la lumière en plein jour. Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de jardin (c'est indiqué dans le descriptif). L'escalier en pierre qui mène à l'étage est dangereux car très abrupt. Pas de main courante. La dernière marche de l' escalier empiète sur le pallier de l étage, juste devant la porte de la chambre. L' installation d' une petite barrière en haut de l escalier serait plus sécurisante.. Ces remarques ont pour but d'améliorer. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Logement à recommander.

Una SPIACEVOLE Sorpresa

Avevamo prenotato presso questa struttura il 4 agosto 2024 in vista del Lucca comics con tanto di conferma da parte della struttura. Ci inviano un messaggio il pomeriggio del 28 ottobre (avevamo la prima notte prenotata per il 29 ottobre) con la richiesta di disdire la nostra prenotazione in quanto l'appartamento non era più disponibile. Lo chiamo e il ragazzo ci dice che erano in overbooking e non avevano soluzioni alternative... Ci ha creato un problema enorme visto che eravamo proprio nella settimana del Lucca comics. Ringrazio solo il servizio clienti di booking per averci aiutato. Se avete intenzione di prenotare questa struttura per il Lucca comics sappiate che non sono evidentemente capaci di gestire a livello organizzativo le prenotazioni e potreste avere all'ultimo spiacevoli sorprese... A voi la scelta.

מאוד מציק היה שדלת החדר ממש ממש על קצה הכביש המהיר, לא ידענו שהבית על כביש ראשי של היישוב וגם מדרגות גבוהות בשיפוע חד לקומה השניה. אם מתעלמים משני דברים אלו וזה לא מפריע אז הדירה הזו מושלמת!
