We lost a bag in transit and the help we recieved from the manager in retrieving it was exceptional. The room was a fabulous haven, clean, welcoming. Totally positive
Breakfast was ok but maybe could have been fresher, also maybe a selection of cereals with milk available.

We loved the traditional setup of the hotel! We booked a cozy room with a nice shared terrace and a garden view more secluded from the busy side of Positano. Really felt like a family home that you come back for a visit in the summer, smell the flowers, eat outside in the garden, taking your coffee in the morning. Breakfast with fresh made cappuccino was also offered in the morning outside in the garden and the hosts were very welcoming providing advice and helping us find our way through Positano.

Good air conditioning.
Way too difficult to access. The amount of stairs needed to get to this place is ridiculous especially with a lot of luggage like we had. There is no staff to meet you at the top of the stairs and help up get the luggage up or down. Our room was right at the bottom making it EXTREMELY difficult to access. If I knew there were that many stairs I would not have booked. The room was also very small and squashed.
