Great location, wonderful view, the best staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The accommodations were clean and beyond expectations. I will be coming back.

Avoid this hotel, we cannot say this enough…. Not worth the money. Our entire stay was overshadowed by the attitude of the staff. We were treated rudely every single day for simply asking for basic items such as glasses for our room, a bottle opener, or an extra plate. On one occasion, we were actually told that we would have to pay simply to have a glass and a couple of pieces of cutlery brought up to our room. We were told, “You will be charged for this,” followed by the incredibly condescending comment, “Do you think you’ve come to a restaurant?” (FYI, we never got what we asked for..) The breakfast, which is served to the room, was equally disappointing. Every single morning, part of our order was missing. When we politely asked for the items we had originally ordered, we were met with sighs, irritation, and an attitude that made us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable. On our third day, when returning to park in the hotel garage, the same staff members who had seen us every day suddenly questioned us in a very rude manner: “Are you staying here? What’s your room number? Tell me your room number.” There was no courtesy whatsoever. To make matters worse, the garage was significantly overpriced, yet we still paid despite the way we were treated. We even asked the staff several times why they seemed so angry and unfriendly towards us, but nothing changed. The only positive experience was an older gentleman who appeared to work the evening and night shifts. He was the only member of staff who was genuinely kind, polite, and welcoming. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never felt so unwelcome. I’d rather pay more for a hotel where guests are treated with respect than stay somewhere that makes you feel like an intruder who should be grateful just to be there. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

Very close to bus stop - just 1 minute walk. No need to bring your luggage up and down the stairs. Stuffs are very professional and friendly.

It's the best place to stay in Positano. Very clean, very peaceful place and not crowded of tourist it's more local place around. It's my favorite place now!
