Quiet location, a bar 10 meters from the appartment at night(but not noisy..), close to Arsenale station. Air conditioning (which is not a given in Europe). The host went out of her way to assist in anything we needed.
The knives in the kitchen were a bit blunt, so cutting vegetables for a salad was challenging, but that is about it. 😊

Perfect apartment for my 5 day stay. The host was superb. Excellent presentation the best I have had in Venice. I will definitely book again. The location was very easy to find. The area is very quiet with many restaurants close. Convenient location for Venice's Biennale and away from the crowds.
