Good property if you like something modern with a safe car park. The host was wonderful.

The property was clean and the doors out to the garden were nice.

It was quite noisy and there were no chairs by the pool. The property was a 20 minute walk from town so you had to have a level of fitness (up a hill into village).

Modern and well furnished apartment suitable for a longish stay

Modern and well furnished apartment at ground level. Utensils, equipment etc. are plentiful and of a high standard. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. The apartment has a nice little terrace which offers the possibility to eat outside, albeit on the shadow side of the building, and with a limited view. Screen doors to be able to let in fresh air, yet keep out the mosquitos, would be a welcome addition.

The flat is set in a gated compound, and though walking in and out of it is possible, the infrastructure is geared to motorised traffic only.

Moderne Wohnung mit Nähe zur Altstadt

Neuwertige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl schnell zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage. Altstadt von Grasse zu Fuß gut zu erreichen

Abstimmung zur Schlüsselübergabe hat nur suboptimal geklappt, statt am vereinbarten Treffpunkt hat sich unsere Ansprechpartnerin in der Wohnung aufgehalten, die wir ohne Schlüssel und Passwort für das Tor in der Zufahrtsstraße nicht erreichen konnten. Leider war die Wohnung nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, Kühlschrank schmutzig, Haare im Badezimmer, usw. Garten ungepflegt, Rasen und einige Büsche vertrocknet. Trotz Nordblick heiß in der Wohnung, Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen. Lüften kaum möglich, wir hatten dann sofort Mücken in der Wohnung.

Gute Lage und neu ABER unpraktisch

Gute Tiefgarage , zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum

Kontakt bei Anreise war leider eine echte Katastrophe (auch wenn man sich hinterher für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt hat) Musste das Bett selbst beziehen. Man kann kein Fenster öffnen, nur Türen zur Terrasse....dann sind aber sofort Katzen in der Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer kann die holzjalousie sogar von außen (also Fremde, Alle) geöffnet werden, man muss ohne Frischluft schlafen. Nachts Party in der Wohnung darüber

Appartement moderne, bien équipé en cuisine,silencieux

Très difficile de trouver cet appartement si la gérance ne vient pas nous rencontrer au rond point car l’indication de l’adresse 78 n’est pas indiquée. 2-afin d’ouvrir les portails principaux et du garage,il est nécessaire de rencontrer la gérance sinon on ne peut aller à l’appartement. La gestion de la rencontre avec la gérance pour aller et quitter l’appartement est pénible afin d’obtenir et rendre les clés. La gérance a un autre travail ou établissement éloigné de l’appartement. Le ménage et la propreté de l’appartement était minimale à notre arrivée car les planchers étaient tachés, certains ustensiles de cuisson malpropres, cafetière sale et l’ancien filtre encore présent. Aucun savon dans la salle de douche, aucun papier de toilette présent contrairement au descriptif de Booking. Un seul ensemble de serviettes pour 4 jours. La gérance a du revenir pour nous donner du savon, et un ensemble de serviette supplémentaire et un seul rouleau de papier . Donc l’entretien et le contrôle de la qualité entre les clients n’est pas à la hauteur .

La propreté , l’environnement calme , les lignes sortaient tout droit du pressing et c’est un gros atout propreté ! Notre hôte a mis du matériel de qualité , il y’avait une machine à laver , et tout était cadi neuf ! L’espace était tout à fait correct pour une famille de 4 et le bâtiment est sécurisé ! Tout était bien je recommande vivement
