About this apartment rental

The apartment is completely renovated, very quiet, and close to the city center (5 to 10 minutes on foot).
We live on site in the two upper floors of the villa and are therefore present to guide our visitors in their choice of stay. We know the region really well and offer good places to eat or to do activities (cultural, sporting, tourist outings ...)
A little haven of peace to welcome you.
The entrance to the property is on the road, and the house below. The apartment has a separate entrance from the garden.
We provide a private parking space. No need to worry about parking!
The apartment has two bedrooms with bathroom and WC for one, bathroom and WC for the other. Two couples can therefore be accommodated without "sanitary" promiscuity!

THe situation of the property is good with lovely views but we found it difficult to eat outside as there was only a small wobbly table outside to use. ALso only one bath towel each, no hand towels and no kettle and Some of the crockery was cracked or chipped. HOwever we did enjoy our stay and it was lovely to walk into grasse to find the lovely restaurants.

Wir waren für eine Woche im April 2022 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr geräumig und verfügt für jedes Schlafzimmer über ein separates Bad. An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter Laurence und Laurent sind sehr nett und haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Alle Tips zu Ausflügen und Restaurants inbegriffen. Wir durften auch von den eigenen Zitronen kosten. Der Blick über die Hügel von Grasse von der Terasse aus ist wunderschön . Grasse ist ein sehr guter Starpunkt um die Cote Azur zu erkunden. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt Heidi und Andreas

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Nizza, Cannes, ins Landesinnere. Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung. Haben die Terrasse und den Ausblick von dort sehr genossen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren!

Eine geräumige, saubere und prima ausgestattete Wohnung, die gut auch von 3-4 Leuten (ich war 2 Wochen alleine da) bewohnt werden kann. Davor eine schmale, lange Terrasse im Schatten von Zitrusbäumen mit herrlichem Ausblick. Und Laurent ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und angenehmer Zeitgenosse.

Die Vorzüge der Stadt Grasse und dieser Ferienwohnung wurden schon von anderen Urlauberinnen und Urlaubern zurecht gelobt. Hinzufügen möchte ich, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts dort (September 2019) von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sternhimmel hatten und vor allem auf Jupiter und Saturn. Unvergesslich.

La location est conforme à la description, l'appartement est spacieux, meublé avec goût, avec une belle vue, une literie confortabe. La terrasse est de taille largement suffisante avec un espace ombragé pour le midi. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants sur les heures d'arrivée pour la réception de l'appartement tout comme pour le depart. Ils sont de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région et ses bonnes adresses (un grand merci à eux), ils sont discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Bref nous y avons passé un très agréable sejour qui nous a permis de découvrir cette belle région.

Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb des Stadtkerns von Grasse mit einem schönen Blick ins Tal. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen, lesen und essen. Abends geht manchmal ein angenehmer Wind, der die Sommernächte milder macht. Die Wohnung sehr geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Bäder sind hübsch gestaltet und die Betten bequem. Zur Begrüßung empfingen und zwei kleine duftende Blumensträuße... Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war extrem angenehm und hilfreich. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter zumindest an einem Fenster würde den Verbrauch von Mückenschutzmittel etwas reduzieren ;-) Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement, idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Appartement très propre, très bien exposé et au calme. Laurent a été de très bons conseils concernant les lieux a visiter, les restaurants et les activités pour les enfants. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour les personnes voulant être proche de la côte sans les inconvénients (bruit, circulation).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce rez de chaussé, avec vue sur la vallée de grasse, simplement et joliment décoré. Bien équipé, avec une décoration sobre, dans un cadre de jardin verdoyant et odorant (surtout le soir). Deux chambre calmes et spacieuses, avec 2 salles de bain.. Cuisine et grand séjour simple et bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner. Avec un coin ou garer la voiture pour rayonner dans la région et ses environs.. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, tous commerces et parfumeries à visiter.. Des hôtes charmants. On reviendra et on recommande. Merci !

Location trés propre, bien équipée et confortable. Laurent est un hote sympathique et discret. Nous avons pu apprecier d'avoir notre propre salle de bain et nos deux fils la leur, génial. Il y avait le champ des cigales matin et soir qui est très apaisant Grasse est très bien située proche des plages, le parfum est présent partout dans la ville. Très bon séjour.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles vorhanden auch ein PKW-Stellplatz, den man dort auch benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Alles in einem ist die Unterkunft super. Für Ausflüge usw. benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( ca. 3-4 km) und Ausflugsziele ( größer 20 km) entfernt sind. Die Altstadt bzw. Zentrum ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Ort selber ist sehr zentral gelegen für alle Ausflüge wie das Hinterland und Küste.

Wir haben vom 11.5. bis zum 21.5.2015 unsere Flitterwochen in diesem Domizil verbracht. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss einer Villa liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Grasse. Die Innenstadt von Grasse ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man findet dort alle Einrichtungen die man im Urlaub benötigt. (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Shops etc.). Der Bahnhof von Grasse ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage von Grasse sind Tagesausflüge mit dem Mietwagen nach Cannes, Nizza, St. Tropez oder Monaco sind sehr einfach möglich. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (siehe auch Beschreibung des Vermieters) eine vollständige Kücheneinrichtung ist vorhanden, selbst eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es fühlt sich fast an wie ein eigenes kleines Haus. Wir möchten besonders die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters und seiner Familie hervorheben. Der Vermieter nahm sich Zeit um uns tolle Tipps zum Einkaufen, für Ausflüge und Restaurants zu geben. Wann immer wir eine Frage hatten half der Vermieter schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert weiter. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme in Ihrem Haus und den wunderschönen Urlaub in Grasse. We spent our honeymoon from 11.5. - 21.05.2015 in this apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa, which is very quiet on the outskirts of Grasse. The city of Grasse is just a few minutes’ walk and you will find all facilities needed on holiday. (restaurants, supermarket, shops, etc.). The train station of Grasse is also reachable in about 20 minutes walking distance. Because of the central location of Grasse day trips to Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez or Monaco are easily possible. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need (see the description of the lessor), a complete kitchen equipment is available, even a washing machine is in the apartment. Everything is very clean and tidy and it feels almost like having Your own little house. We would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the landlord and his family. The owner took time to give us great tips for shopping, excursions and restaurants. Whenever we had a question, the landlord responded very friendly and uncomplicated. We can recommend this apartment 100%. Thanks again for the warm welcome in your home and the wonderful holiday in Grasse. S & V
