Traumhafte Aussicht. Blick immer atemberaubend. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Blick auf Gibraltar. Grosszügiges Appartement. Direkter ebenerdiger Zugang Strasse. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus an der Strasse. 2 Schlafzimmer. 2 vollausgestattete Bäder. Schöne vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler,Nespresso Maschine. Grosser Wohn- Essbereich. Schnell auf dem Golfplatz.
Es gab tatsächlich gerade im Haus ab 8 Uhr Baulärm. Sehr laut, vermute aber, dass eine Wohnung oberhalb gerade renoviert wird und dies nur vorübergehend ist. War ab 15 Uhr nach der Golfrunde immer vorbei. Das schmale Fenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln, da dort anscheinend draussen eine Beleuchtung ist, ist es die ganze Nacht relativ hell im Zimmer.
