About this apartment rental
A spacious, single-level apartment on the New Golden Mile, with the rare advantage of a fully glazed Lumon terrace, meaning the best room in the apartment is just as enjoyable in November as it is in July.
The terrace features a wicker lounge set and a separate six-seat dining table, with partial ocean views. Inside, you’ll find marble floors, central air conditioning, a six-person dining table, a dedicated workspace, and 250 Mbps Wi-Fi—which is important if someone in your group is working.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own door leading out to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the pool. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, washer, and dryer—the dryer being the one feature most apartments here lack.
The property is fully accessible with no steps and features an elevator, and a private garage space is included. Two community pools are open from June through August, and three golf courses are just a few minutes away.

Early check-in or late check-out is often possible. Just ask, and we’ll confirm the day before.
Who is staying
Every guest must be registered under Spanish law, including children. We will send a secure link before your arrival; please complete it for all guests before you travel. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
The building
This is a residential building with neighbors who live here year-round. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and keep conversations on the terrace and balcony quiet late at night: sound travels between balconies much further than you might expect.
No parties or events. This is not a flexible rule; the community will report it, and we will have to end your stay.
Smoking
No smoking anywhere inside, including on the balcony, where smoke drifts into neighboring apartments. Smoking indoors will result in a deep-cleaning fee.
Pets
Pets are welcome upon request. Please ask before booking so we can confirm availability for your dates.
Security deposit
A refundable deposit is held prior to arrival. No money will be deducted from your account unless there is damage or the apartment requires more than a normal cleaning.
Departure
No need to strip the beds or clean. Please just run the dishwasher, take the trash to the bins, leave the keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
