The property was a good size and very comfortable.

The air conditioning is very old and therefore so loud. Take ear plugs if you want any chance of sleeping through it. The kitchen utensils and equipment is old and not very well equipped. Also when you arrive you will have to clean the apartment a lot. The fridge and microwave for example were disgusting and there were hairs all over the bathroom

Lovely complex as long as you have a car.

Good all round spacious property, nice decor. Pools close by.

Only 1 shelf in the oven and 1 sink plug for 3 bathrooms. You need a car as very hilly and nothing near by so need taxis everywhere. I should have looked into it more before booking as restaurant was on top of very steep hill so having someone with a disability was a problem, they couldn’t make it to inclusive breakfast.

Helpful Staff, But Facilities Need Attention

I had a great experience at this hotel. The reception staff were especially impressive — very helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Their friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly appreciated!

there were several downsides. The pool was overly chlorinated and extremely crowded, which made it difficult to enjoy. The furniture in the apartment felt very old and could definitely use an upgrade, along with some pest control. Additionally, there’s a €60 cleaning fee that isn’t included in the booking price, which came as a surprise. On a more positive note, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, though the variety of options was quite limited.

Spacious house with friendly staff and nice restaurant, but broken A/C and poor pool facilities

The house was spacious, and the third-floor Jacuzzi was a great feature. Access to the padel courts was convenient. The on-site restaurant was pleasant, with friendly staff and consistently good food. Parking was easy, and the staff throughout the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down on the third day of our stay and was not repaired, which meant we had to move to a different house. The pools were disappointing. Despite the site not being at full capacity, there were simply not enough sunbeds available to accommodate the number of guests. Most times we tried to use the pool area, we had to return to the house and drive to the beach instead, as there was nowhere to sit. The pools themselves were also quite small. The upper pool, in particular, is tiny and located right next to adjacent apartments, whose residents seemed to treat it as their private space—making it effectively unusable for others. The gym was also poor. Several pieces of equipment were broken, and with no air conditioning, it was unusable in the summer heat. This was especially disappointing as gym facilities are one of my key priorities when booking accommodation. In the end, I had to use a gym down the road. Given the overall cost of the house, I was very disappointed. Even the pool table—despite requiring payment to use—was in poor condition. The cues had no tips, and the table itself wasn’t level. These are small issues that could easily be fixed but were not addressed during our stay.

Beautiful complex with lots of facilities just make sure you have a car

Complex is beautiful and apt is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable too. The TV was great with ability to change to any language. The balcony very big too with beds and table and chairs. 3 pool areas and pool bar although no food served at pool bar only in the restaurant near reception. Paddle tennis and tennis courts available to book and they give you equipment. Free table tennis at pool bar too. Staff very nice and helpful.

They could do with stocking it with more glasses and mugs kitchen utensils etc It would be helpful if maybe a water welcome pack or provide water at reception where you could buy large bottle water as you are 30 minutes from nearest shop on foot. I didn’t have a car and it was a mistake as it was too far and you’d need to be able to do a shop. They organised a taxi to collect me from supermarket and uber and bolt also good for getting around. If you have a car you’ll thoroughly enjoy this complex. Beautiful setting in the hills but a good drive to Estepona around 25 minutes - Puerto Banus is closer. Cancelada is a nice town closer by. I would recommend this place if you have a car.

Loved our massive house with Jacuzzi on the roof, and the terrace

Kitchen was poorly equipped, knifes were very dull but we didn't use kitchen much anyway. I knew we had to provide all the consumables in the house but no soap in any of the bathrooms was very shocking for me. I never came anywhere that I needed to provide that

Town house was spacious. Pools nice and not busy. Very calm and relaxed environment. Nice views. Very large bedrooms all en suite, nice large roof terrace with jacuzzi.

No soap on arrival, would expect at least one soap in one toilet when you arrive. Not enough loungers at the pools. Even when not busy people were in need of loungers - just get some more! There were no 'lounger wars' but it wouldn't hurt to invest in more. Also, their map says there is a kids club but it isn't open any more. Update the map so we don't expect it. Jacuzzi should have a cover for safety.

Very poor air conditioning - we asked staff and they said it was fine as ‘18 degrees’ but they measured at the air vent. The flow to bedrooms was very poor and as they suggested no fault or fixes I think it is just not going to get you that super cold feel you want when it is boiling hot. Also, service was poor - wifi was down for 11 days of our stay and we were told to claim from the telecoms company A few emails with staff and they had no interest in resolving the issue on site (a router extended from their working internet in the club house or some money off). Also, a little sign says you can’t stream Netflix anyway which should be made clear when you book If these are minor to you, fine, but with the huge choice in the area, customer service is so key and they simply didn’t care Also, the only tv is tiny!!!

Great view, three pools, well equipped gym, nice staff. Villa was great for six, three bathrooms. The residence was calm and quiet but we were there in June, might not be the case in summer. Staff was reactive anytime we had an issue.

Ordering food from your room is not delivered, you have to go and collect it yourself! Never heard of that before. Reception and the restaurant is at the top of a steep hill, so not ideal if you don't have a car to get there.
