The service was always good and staff had brilliant manners, always helping. The whole property was exceptionally clean, with daily cleaners in the rooms. The balcony was also spotless. All facilities in the rooms were 100%. The whole stay was very reasonably priced.
When staying, we were told we had to pay €10 an hour into the spa, even though when booking the spa was included in the price.

The stuff, always attentive and friendly. The rooms and common areas are very clean.
The public and the animation team behaviour. When everyone is relaxed by the pool not need someone shouting the games like in a fish market, cause disturb the rest. There is a program so lets people know at the check in an everyone can join when they like it. The crowd wasn't the best, cheap prices attract bad public. Might it changes on high season.

Breakfast ok, good selection but not very good quality. Same for the restaurant
Found the hotel not properly maintained for a 4*. Needs a good maintenace.
