Friendliness of staff . Any problems dealt with immediately.
Excellent breakfast. Garage provided at no cost.
Loud music at bar by the pool. Thumping beat gave me a headache.

Room and Spa facilies very good. The massage was excellent.
Food generally. Breakfast very limited and badly cooked.( out of date food items). Evening meal choises limited.

The room was big with a very large balcony. The bed was very comfortable and big.
The lounge chairs on the balcony were not cleaned prior to our visit. The Spa had about 4/5 faulty jets that didn’t work and the sauna wasn’t working. Our room had room for some TLC from broken bath taps to missing tiles and worn out furniture. Also, they advertise ‘soundproof’ which if they mean the rooms, then they are false advertising as we found out. But not an issue at all, just don’t advertise something that is not true.
