Location, lovely apartment. Great welcome pack too.

Bathroom was a little on the small side, especially for a family sharing. However, this didn’t detract from us enjoying the stay.

Cleanliness in bathroom, skirting under radiator and mirror surround were not clean. Oven hob had been wiped clean, but removing individual burner covers showed these had not been cleaned. I cleaned them. Otherwise cleanliness was good.

Location was a walk from Cromer but it was a well equipped comfortable apartment

It exceeded my expectations and was some of the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in
