location was an easy walk into Cromer and Overstrand, large apartment, well equipped, everything was as advertised, very clean, nice quiet location, would definitely stay again

Close to the town but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Spacious flat and well equipped.
Flat was dingy due to trees surrounding it we needed the lights on all the time - overstrand views gave impression we would have views. Elderly people living below had TV on loud which was sometimes a nuisance and noise when people went up /down the stairs or chatting at the entrance.
