The location was excellent - we had two small children with us but it was not too far to walk into Cromer and it was also on a reliable bus route, plus there was a playpark nearby which was a bonus! We also spent two days in Mundesley which was an easy and short drive away.

Lovely, clean and spacious flat. It was very well equipped and comfortable, and we really liked the location. It was a great base for Cromer and we enjoyed the flat itself.

Unfortunately there was scaffolding around the building with workmen directly outside the windows, including at eye level outside the bedroom. This meant we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There was drilling, music playing outside the bedroom window and strong paint fumes in the flat and hallway. As it was warm, it was also frustrating that we couldn't comfortably open the windows. I did raise this during our stay. The biggest disappointment was that we were only told about the scaffolding the night before we arrived, when it was really too late to make alternative arrangements. The directions could also be clearer if you're using sat nav. Saying the property is next to Cromer Country Club would make it much easier to find.

location was an easy walk into Cromer and Overstrand, large apartment, well equipped, everything was as advertised, very clean, nice quiet location, would definitely stay again
