Avocado Villa by LovelyStay

This is a beautiful villa in a spectacular setting, and our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our week here. There is lots of space, the garden is well maintained and the views are stunning, we particularly enjoyed chilling with a drink on the terrace as the sun was setting. The pool was lovely - warm and clean. We appreciated the folder of tips and recommendations. Zarcos restaurant nearby was excellent, and Vitor at Land 4x4 was a friendly and knowledgeable guide for tours. It is a hike from the town if you don’t have a car but there is a bus stop nearby and Bolts/Ubers/taxis are readily available and reasonably priced.

Only 5 sun loungers and one of these was in poor repair. Only one key for all guests to share, this could be solved by installing a key box or a keypad for entering, or cutting another key. A welcome pack with some basics would be useful, especially for anyone arriving late at night - this could even be an optional purchase.

The villa has a James Bond feel; the view is stunning, wide-reaching and jaw dropping. There is much more outside space than the photos suggest, giving it a very generous feeling. You can walk around the property in the morning and feel like you've done a mini workout :)

There is a motorway behind the property that is always busy, and the noise is always noticable. For my husband, this translated into white noise after a while, but for me it gave me the feeling like I wasn't in the countryside. So if you're noise sensitive, or need absolute peace, maybe this villa isn't for you.

Beautiful and spacious property, which worked well for our group. We especially loved the heated pool and the deck overlooking the city and ocean.

The wifi was quite spotty during our stay, which didn’t bother us because we have unlimited data plans however this might be an issue for some people. A bit of traffic noise can be heard from the highway but again this didn’t bother us.

Great view, comfortable beds, nice pool.

Better equipment in the kitchen. There miss Coffee and desert spoon, meat mallet
