My family was amazed by the house, they absolutely loved it. The vibe of the place was great and the variety of rooms allowed for kids and adults to distribute where it pleased them. Close to the station and shops (Tesco, Pret, Greggs) The owner agreed to change the booking slightly and to accommodate extra children
Not enough dishwasher tablets (only 2 provided for 3 night stay for 12+ people) A bit run down, could do with some renovation £50 non-refundable waiver or £700 refundable deposit, while in the listing it says £500. The value for the place was still great so this is just to keep in mind before booking. No possibility to obtain permit for parking the car in front.

I'm very disappointed with the damage deposit. The listing said it was £500, but that wasn't true. I was told there was no £500 option—only a £700 refundable deposit or a £50 non-refundable fee. They didn’t say this when I booked, only later in a message. I feel misled and frustrated to pay £50 for something I can't get back. This is unfair and not clear at all.
