Bright & Colourful House - Best for a Large Groups

The apartment is so nice, lot of space, close to the train station and to the underground

all perfect just a suggestion (I'va also an apartment on booking), I think that curtain at the window could help because at 6 o'clock in the morning the Venetian blinds would not be enough to cover the light but as I told before, is really nice as it is now

A perfect location as we had travelled for a concert in Tottenham Stadium. Everything we needed was within a couple of minutes walk and it was great to not have to fight for public transport on the way home. The house was in immaculate condition with loads of space for the 8 of us who stayed there together. The only comfort issue for us was the London heat in mid July which wasn't really the fault of the house. Accessing the house was really easy, and we were greeted with a welcome basket of snacks and drinks on the table and very appreciated ice in the fridge.

Spacious for a large group and easy transport links nearby.

I'm very disappointed with the damage deposit. The listing said it was £500, but that wasn't true. I was told there was no £500 option—only a £700 refundable deposit or a £50 non-refundable fee. They didn’t say this when I booked, only later in a message. I feel misled and frustrated to pay £50 for something I can't get back. This is unfair and not clear at all.
