A nosotros que nos gusta caminar y explorar, el barrio y la ubicación nos pareció buena y agradable.

Eramos 4 de familia, y el menaje de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Faltaban algunas cosas, tendrían que verificar y reponer. También cuando llegamos, nos encontramos con la vitrocerámica, muy dañada. Y nadie al llegar, te dice como están las cosas. El colchón de las camas demasiado blando!!

The apartment is spacious and beautiful, and the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Archway underground station, which offers great connections to the city center, reachable in 10–15 minutes. There are numerous supermarkets and bars/cafes near the apartment. The area is well-kept and the beds are comfortable.

The only negative experience concerns the deposit. Booking.com rules stated a £300 security deposit, but a few days before arrival, Arcore sent me a message claiming it was £600. After my protest and the intervention of Booking’s customer service, they admitted it was a mistake and confirmed the £300 amount. However, on the day of check-in, they sent me a payment link for £350. Following another complaint, they agreed to the original £300. I paid that amount and received the refund one day after check-out.Additionally, the wardrobe in the apartment had no shelves installed—they were just left on top of the wardrobe, but the owners hadn't bothered to fit them. As a result, we had to use a foldable drying rack for our clothes instead of the wardrobe. There was also a lack of hangers for jackets and coats. It’s a shame that such small details spoil the impression of an otherwise excellent apartment.

Good location, smooth check-in and check-out

Bathroom drain was badly clogged from day one. I am sure it has been clogged before check in and the previous occupants would have suffered the same fate. Neighbours upstairs kept stomping their feet very early in the morning. This is not the fault of the host but it took the host over 24 hours to respond to this complaint. The host is mainly concerned about passing on messages and less concerned about feedback. No parking

Yataklar çok rahattı. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi. Check in - out işlemleri kolaydı. Metroya 15 dakika uzaklıktaydı. Depozito 2 gün içinde hesabıma geri geldi.

Öncelikle ev sahibine ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Fakat eve ilk girdiğimizde ev salonu, mutfağı ve koltuğu pisti. Ev sahibine ilettiğimizde hemen ilgilendi. Duştan sıcak su gelmiyordu. Ev sahibi bunuda çözüme kavuşturdu. Ev konumu güvensiz bir bölgedeydi. Bir gün evimize geldiğimizde evin önünde bir evsiz yatıyordu. Ailemle tedirgin olduk. Koltuk çok rahatsızdı.
