We sincerely thank Ms. Zoya for her warmth and hospitality. For the second time we are very pleased with our stay at this villa.
The only request for future guests. A cat has become friends with us here, we named him Limassol. He is very kind and sociable, loves milk and affection. Do not offend him, because we promised him a meeting next year!

Very quiet with good facilities. Pool big enough to swim in but not too deep. Owner was very helpful. Water & wine left in fridge for our arrival which was nice. Shower room with wc both upstairs and down.
Plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Most had parking nearby if needed.
No parasols for outside recliners but there was a retractable awning shading the dining table which could be used

Comfortable,clean. Excellent communication with owner.
Had everything we needed. Pool was lovely and most comfy beds.
The bottle of wine for hubby's birthdsy much appreciated.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Zoe’s villa and would definitely return. The outside space and pool area were beautiful and inside the villa was clean and had every little thing you could wish for. It’s in a great location too - short stroll to the sea and fig tree bay. The final plus was Zoe herself who was such an amazing host who made us feel so welcome in her villa - thank you. We have stayed in many villas on this estate but this one has been our favourite so far.
