Riverland Turtle Beach Villa-1min walk to beach

The location was great. The pool was much bigger than expected. Easy to check in.

They do not supply anything to clean. No broom, paper towels, garbage bags, only a very dirty mop but no cleaner for it so pointless. And an old sponge and dish soap. All the dishes were very dirty and many chipped or cracked . The master bathroom smelled extremely strong of urine. I had to wash all the blankets as they had a musty smell. You will need to supply everything including pool towels, TP and all toiletries. Perhaps normal to the region, but I was not expecting to buy soo much when all the reviews mentioned it had everything you would need.

Cozy villa. There was everything that is needed. Great location, 4 mins by car to Lidl, 3 mins by walk to small beach (there is short way that Google doesn’t show), 15 mins to huge amazing Fig Tree Bay. Nice owner. We had vacation in November, it was quiet around , no noise.

De villa lag op een zeer mooie locatie en omdat we geen buren hadden was het echt heerlijk rustig en konden we genieten van de vogels. Verder was het gewoon een mooie villa met een heel leuk terras met veel privacy. We zijn al vaak in Protaras geweest en dit was by far de beste villa. Contact met eigenaresse was heel goed.

The property itself is well maintained and the best feature is the pool area. The villa was ok in terms of cleanliness.

1. Most of the pool tiles are loose. Our kids got hurt as a result. 2. The beds are not comfortable at all and all we got was a bed sheet without a duvet or comforter. I found some winter blankets in the closet, too dirty to be used.
