L Ferringhi Hotel has a strategic location, with convenient shops and eateries nearby, making it a practical choice especially for backpackers or travellers who prioritise accessibility.
The room was clean and had four power sockets, which was sufficient for my needs. There were also five hangers provided. The bidet worked well, while the water heater and hair dryer functioned normally. An iron and ironing board are available at the common area.
However, the room does have some physical limitations. There was no table, which made it rather inconvenient when I needed to write or even do some basic dressing. The air-conditioning unit looked quite old, and the swing function was not working during my stay. One of the toilet lights was also not functioning.
More importantly, there was some water dripping from the air conditioner in front of the toilet bowl, leaving little choice but to sit slightly sideways when using it. The broken toilrt ceiling also affected the overall appearance of the room.
Soundproofing could be improved as well, as outside noises were quite noticeable. There is no lift, only staircases, so it may not be the most suitable choice for elderly guests or families with young children, particularly if carrying luggage.
For entertainment, only USB-inserted movies were provided, mainly action movies and animations. There was nevertheless a fairly good selection to choose from.
Despite the shortcomings in the physical facilities, I would like to highlight the staff, who was very helpful and patient throughout my stay. His attitude certainly made the experience more pleasant.
Overall, L Ferringhi Hotel is a basic and affordable option in a convenient location, particularly suitable for backpackers or travellers who mainly need a place to rest and easy access to nearby shops and food. However, several room and maintenance issues could be addressed to improve guests' comfort.

hotel ni xde lif. kalau bawak org tua xrecommend. sabun tak refill. stay for short ok la . hotel ni bawah banyak kedai makan n dekat dengan ferrenghi walk so boleh je jalan kaki.
