    My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room was not satisfactory, the beds were uncomfortable, and the air conditioner had an unpleasant smell. The facilities and room condition were also different from what was shown in the online photos. I have attached actual photos of the room for reference. Based on my experience, the property did not meet the expectations created by the online listings. When we raised concerns about housekeeping and the condition of the bed and room, the response from management was not helpful. We felt that our complaints were not taken seriously, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. The reviews on OYO and Agoda appear much more positive than the experience we had during our stay. Other travelers should review the latest photos and feedback carefully before booking. I would not recommend this hotel for families due to concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. We also experienced skin irritation after sleeping on the bed, and I have attached photos for reference. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service and hygiene standards for future guests.
