L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben organizzato e la soluzione è funzionale, buona la posizione sia per i mezzi che per altri servizi.
Seppur carino, l'appartamento ha bisogno di una buona manutenzione e una profonda pulizia: un paio di ante sgangherate, il forno non chiude bene, il sifone della doccia fuori uso per cui era necessario lavarsi con il doccino, elettrodomestici apparentemente non proprio puliti anche se noi siamo stati così poco che abbiamo scelto di non cucinare nulla in casa.
