High ceilings, fun eclectic design, well-appointed kitchen, and very effective air conditioning that provided a reprieve from the Rome heat.
Klaus said it was atypical of him, but he was unresponsive in the 24 hours leading up to our reservation. This created a lot of stress and time spent waiting in the hot train station while we figured out if our reservation would be kept / we had a place to stay in Rome (we were working with Booking.com Customer Service on a contingency plan, which was challenging and stressful).

Good layout for families. Sage entry with good instructions on how to enter. Air conditioning was perfect. Washer was nice to have. Fridge with ice tray was very helpful.
Shower was mostly cold water. No instructions on how to use anything inside the apartment so had to figure it all out on our own.
