The host was very welcoming, she checked in a few says beforehand to ensure a smooth arrival.
The house was perfectly clean and maintained.
It provided all necessities, going from airco, Nespresso machine, washing machine.
The location is perfect, close to the beach and close to the restaurants.
The terrace was big and always provided shade.

Everything was perfect - from nice welcome gifts, to cleanliness, available things in the kitchen and other rooms (e.g. TV, microwave, cutlery, spare clean sheets and towels, anti-mosquito device, paper towels, toilet paper, salt, sugar, oil...), to Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, lots of space in the rooms... The host was very hospitable and not intrusive, willing to help and to adjust check-out time. It was our third time in Nikiti, and this was the best accommodation ever!

We stayed in Afroditi’s apartment in June 2023. It has exceeded all our expectations!
The house is large, very comfortable, hostess was very welcoming and made sure we had the best stay.
There are mosquito nets everywhere, large terrace with barbecue area. It has all necessary kitchen utensils and cute decorations. Internet is very fast.
The house has a washing machine and air conditioning. Location is great - you can get to the sea or city center within a few minutes.
We travel a lot and this is the best place where we’ve stayed! Thank you so much!
