Excellent location, comfortable beds, quality furniture.

Let down by little issues. Cleanliness let down by cobwebs, mould in shower. The kettle was full of limescale and the on/off switch had lost its outer plastic. The loo seat in the master bedroom needed tightening and the shower in the main bathroom wasn’t stable so flooded on every use. No washing up cloth or washing up brush. No bleach or dishwasher tablets or washing machine pods. No aluminium foil. Towels and tea towels old, could do with new.

The location was good and quiet Able to park outside property. Spacious

No welcome pack Nothing in the property. Some utensils were in bad repair or rusty. Main bathroom had very poor ventilation leaving the room wet with condensation. I would have thought the garden furniture would have been clean. It hadn’t been used for a while with cobwebs leaves & dirt on chairs & table. It was a nice set too
