Beautifully located and very comfortable with good facilities perfect for the BH weekend .
Drain smell in the bathroom after using at times .
Also the patio is a bit smelly if you sit out possibly a cat wee smell? We think may just need a scrub .

Quirky, nice comfy beds, all the equipment you need, easy walk into village.
Only that car parking was inconvenient. Free parking was available at the village hall but the 10mins walk might not suit everyone especially if it was bad weather.

Over all the property was good the log burner was great, as were the bathrooms and the underfloor heating as it was very cold in December. the location was excellent. The size of the property was very spacious. Decorated with character and charm. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows, excellent bedrooms .
The Kitchen was very disappointing no washing machine but that is in the information pack, and not very clean at all ,needs a complete overhaul. also the whole of that area could do with a deep clean. The only other negative I would say is that there is no overhead lights only spot lights so it made it very dark in areas as it was winter when we visited. With a new kitchen and a deep clean the property would be wonderful.
