Hotel has been very nicely upgraded and it was a pleasure staying there

Loved the twin bed, the carpets, the writing desk, the quietness , the minibar, the shower, the air conditioning, easy payment.....and the new lifts

The breakfast service could have been much improved - mainly the staff were not helpful, once there was no one present. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Prior to my arrival I tried unsucessfully to correspond by email , until about a week before arriving

Good value for money.

Staff (especially room cleaning staff) were exceptionally friendly. Room was spacious, it had a sitting area as well. Location was central. Free Parking in front of the Hotel. A lot of shops around.

Wifi connection was very bad in the room ( we were told they are working on it at the moment hence it had issues) WiFi in the breakfast restaurant was ok though. There was one evening there was no water - but this was issue in the whole city, so, not the hotel’s fault.

Really loved your hotel - need towel hooks and soap tray in bathroom

Rather poor service - had to go downstairs one morning to get someone to provide food and service. One day there was a menu , but the attendants said it did not apply ?

Drama!!

Totaal niets, een drama!

Geboekt met de gegevens beschikbaar in de app van booking.com. Aangekomen in hotel, direct mededeling dat lift stuk is vandaag en dat de monteurs bezig zijn. Er staan op elke verdieping onderdelen en in de liftschacht is een hele stelling gebouwd, zijn dus bezig met renovatie, zeg dit dan direct en vermeld dit in de app. Ik ben 61 jaar met artrose in mijn knieën en dan geen lift is hel! Kamer 501 op 7e verdieping. Niet normaal. Eindelijk in kamer, klopt deze dus niet met degene die ik geboekt heb, terug naar receptie, 7 verdiepingen op en neer. Uiteindelijk goede kamer gekregen. Gaan we nu lekker naar zwembad wat volgens de app aanwezig moet zijn in hotel en waarvoor we ook dit hotel geboekt hebben. Er is geen zwembad wordt verteld bij de receptie, u kunt gebruik maken van het aquapark wat ongeveer 15 minuten lopen is bergop. Ontbijt is te verwaarlozen, oud brood en een ei. Personeel vindt telefoon belangrijker dan werken.

Izuzetno čisto i uredno. Svakako preporučujem. Uslužno i jako dobro rsapoloženo i profesionalno osoblje. Za svaku pohvalu.
