The Staff was amazing!! You are first greeted by Delfina and Radmila. They will assist you with your room and guide you in the direction for shopping and local food. The bar staff Metodi, Bazhe and Emil are amazing and will help with all your needs. Emile is very helpful as he works in the morning and Metodi works nights. All you have to do is ask and they both will help you. The drinks were excellent and the service was top notch. The best for last! Sonja and Hristina are outstanding!!! The ladies provided quality and delicious breakfast. We would travel to see the local sights and the ladies would provide snacks for our trip!!! They also provided the house cleaning. The rooms were always clean upon our return. Thank you all for your hospitality. I will return soon and will only stay at this hotel because of the food, drinks, safety and especially the Staff. They made my vacation the most memorable visit. My number one hotel to stay at. I will be back soon.

nothing. I was treated like family. I could not have been at a better place during my visit. The staff and service was top notch. I have not been to a better hotel in all my travels. The staff was very helpful in communication as i spoke little Macedonian language and they spoke little English, they staff was very patient and always willing to help. Really nice team, nice restaurant

Stuff is very friendly and motivated, very nice team, the room was mostly clean, restaurant is good to eat & chill out your evening, italian stiled menu and restaurant, a lot of young people stay their for a drink with their friends, so there is always company

the shower was dripping out, cause it has no fence or door between the toilet and the shower and the floor barrior was not working. The restaurant music and noices are a little loud in the room and unfortunately the AC is directly over the bed, would be better placed on the room entry area

I was originally with a group staying at another hotel but the lift was broken and it was 18 flights fo my room.

Fantastic little boutique hotel. Staff go the extra mile to help. They even sorted us out a food delivery as their own kitchen was having a break. Dolphin? On the reception was a diamond.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the receptionist was very kind and the room was clean. Free parking is available.

They told us that the breakfast is from 7 to 10h, but when we go to the restaurant at 9:30, the main chef told us that they serve breakfast till 9:30h. After some negotiation she made breakfast for us, which was very good. There is only ceiling shower, no handlend... Also in the bathroom they dont have hangers for the towels.

The breakfast was excellent. Many options were offered. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The waiters were knowledgeable and the food was great! The front desk staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful as well as knowledgeable.

Nice stay in Stip

The hotel is in the city center and all the sights are within walking distance. The staff is very responsive, immediately responding to any inquiry. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, and towels are changed. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, prepared when ordered. Congratulations to the chef.

The breakfast options are mostly different types of omelets. It would be good to have more variety for guests staying longer. There aren't any towel hangers in the bathroom.

I can very much recommend staying in the Hotel Urbanista! It’s location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is run by a local family that cares a lot about their guests. I would definitely stay here again!

Location, noisy area, small room , dark. Upon arrival, we didn’t had our request accommodated for a double bed. We got instead 2 single beds. Receptionist said she didn’t saw our message request on the booking.We were moved to another room which was smaller and for single occupancy, not even close to superior room.The staff was unhelpful, i was calling reception few times and no one answered. We asked for extra towels they said they have celebration and they are busy if we come down to pick up by ourself it would be faster, we had do not disturb sign on the door and staff entered and switch off the sign and remove the water bottle and left only one water with explanation that they thought there is single occupancy. The bathroom was dirty especially the shower area.

This hotel is excellent. Everything was a bit extra. The rooms were comfortable and with interesting design. The staff were very helpful. There was a parking space right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was superb and the ladies in the kitchen were very sweet. The location is excellent. Also - there is a bar. 10/10 would visit again when in Shtip.
