City Flat 18/21

The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. Everything is within easy reach. The hostess is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions that come up.

Although the apartment is in a great location, there is absolutely no soundproofing, the windows face the street, and even with the windows closed, you can hear every passerby talking, any sound outside the window can be heard very clearly, so wakes me up at night. Also, when the neighbors turn on their washing machine or run the water in the bathtub, you can hear it so clearly that it sounds like the noise is coming from inside the apartment itself. There’s absolutely no drainage in the shower, so it’s very unpleasant to stand in dirty water while showering. The pans are so scratched up that it’s impossible to cook in them. They really need to be replaced.

A truly fantastic location - close to everything. Very clean and well laid out property with everything you will need including a washing machine.

Struggling to find criticism but if I must - there were no egg cups or Nespresso coffee machine.

La ubicación es céntrica,, estás a un paso de todo. Sin ruidos. Pudimos limpiar la ropa en lavadora.

It's a very nice and clean apartment. You have everything you need. It's right in the center of Heraklion, very easy to go around.

Lot of noise at night. But could be a minor detail. The rest was very good.
