Basic, good location, nothing special

Great location near to public transport options and walkable distance to all city centre amenities. Nice balcony.

The accommodation was more shabby than pictured, it wasn't particularly comfortable. Lacking elements like towel rails, shelves, cupboards for clothing. The lighting was oppressive. The breakfast was not good, delivery of the food was inconsistent with very cheap products. A better choice would be for them to deliver green yoghurt, fruit etc on the first day. Instead we had cheap white bread and cornflakes with uht milk. Not what we had hoped for.

Well equipped apartment. Very good location in the city centre. Modest breakfast included (white bread, butter, marmelade, eggs, pear/apple, orange juice. Complimentary water and wine was waiting for us.

Nice terrace but couldn't enjoy it in the mornings because there was no shade.

Ok place to stay in Heraklion

Large apartment with views of the Basilica. It was very clean and had some nice touches.

The manager needs to communicate better. We had received nothing from him by checkin time at 3pm, despite messaging him a number of times, and were left stranded outside the apartment with no way of contacting him. Luckily, a woman came along and called him for us. Many tourists, like us, do not have local sim cards, so information needs to be sent ahead of checkin time.

Absolutely recommended if you need a calm place to stay and do not care about 24/7 reception.

The room was super spacious and felt like a home. The location had a very good accesibility. Very close to a bus stop and the city center.

Using normal soap instead of liquid soap, and not being able to flush toilet paper were annoying.

The location is very good, if someone wants to stay in the center of the city. The apartment was sunny, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

I think in sommer the apartment might get very warm because it is in the last floor. There was no shade at the balcony.

Very central, middle of the town, all the basic things was there

Very central, middle of the town, all the basic things was there in the apartment and also with breakfast. We had a good sleep and very good view from the room and balcony the town and beautiful church. But with parking only with paying in a garage day tariff Communication was not so good, but okay

Nice and relaxing stay at the center of the city.

Host was excellent and even left a free wine to enjoy in the room. Location was a bit inside but right next to the bustling town with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Paid parking was right next to the apartment which helped. Room was large with a nice view.

Bathroom size was good but a bit old. Some remodelling will make this property much more attractive.

Comfortable stay in clean apartment

Comfortable bed and double sofa bed for kids ideal. Breakfast left and bottle of wine, nice touch. Close to centre of town, not far from parking areas.

Absolutely surreally wonderful experience, best room I've ever had in my entire well-travelled life.

The host Yannis was so nice. I only wish I could rate him and the property higher. When we arrived late at night, he showed us his favorite restaurants, which were all superb (he has such good taste). The room was spacious. Cleanness-wise he is even a bit OCD...there is a duck in the bathroom and I repositioned it a bit to take a photo of it, and when I returned to the room after he cleaned it, the duck was moved to its original place...LOL. The breakfast was so good and he even gave us a bottle of good wine as a gift!!! It is the BEST experience I've ever had. It felt surreal!

Beyond 10.00 a.m it became unbearable being in the apartment.

Location

There is renovation work being done in the building. This starts from 10.00 a.m with VERY LOUD banging, bashing and drilling. Hardly the place to be staying if one is wanting a late lie in and a quiet, leisurely breakfast.

Great location, great hosts, good value.

Location is excellent - 10 min by foot to anything. Spacious apartment. Kitchenette. Very close parking at 12 E per day. Very helpful hosts, replied to Whatsapp questions within couple of hours We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.

Some minor issues: The plastic curtain in the shower deserves improvement - it des not prevent splashes on the floor, and folds in when hot water is used. The breakfast is decent, cereal, milk, bread and jams. couple of eggs - but we complemented it with vegetables and other products from a supermarket to make it healthier and more varied. This is certainly a matter of taste, The parking enforcement is fierce - we got a ticket when leaving the car on a street at late hours for few ours. But this is our fault. We should have moved the car to the nearby parking immediately.

Hot water wasn't enough for four people. Kids beds were in fact a couch, that wasn't comfortable at all. Very cheap furniture and in bad condition. Generally the aesthetics was not as presented in the photos.

Fair price for those who like cooking at home

I like the Appartment size and that the kitchen was very well equipped. They even left some raki for us. Breakfast was punctually left at the door early in the morning

The toilet got super wet when showering. Also the balcony due to the AC. It's a very loud neighbourhood so without earplugs I wouldn't have been able to sleep.

Superb

The apartment was spacious and the location is near the city center (5min walking). View from the balcony was amazing. Host was responding to messages really quickly and he helped us with finding the street for free parking space (you can not leave the car in front of the building).

Host leaves the breakfast in front of the doors daily (1 egg, jam, nuttela ... / person) and it would be better to have all those ingredients already in the fridge for the whole stay so that the guest can choose to have either sweet or savory breakfast.

Simple but sufficient

The place is actually apartments which on one hand very simple in an ordinary building, but on the other hand very very good. Spacious accompanied with wine and raki on the house. It is centrally located, 2 minutes from the center. Highly recommended if you are not looking fir luxury.

Nice apartment, good for 1-2 nights. We expected a bit more for that price.

Very good location and nice balcony view. Good restaurants nearby, very nice bakery and bus stop to airport/port. Well equiped kitchen and pleasent interior.

Breakfast was very modest, and factory packed bread was expired and molded. Basically no breakfast before flight. Luckily very nice bakery nearby. Pillows were uncomfortable and wifi was weak and didnt work until terrace.
