We really, really enjoyed our stay at crops suites. The location was fantastic and we loved spending our time on the huge balcony. The bed and pillows were both super comfortable. Maria, the housekeeper who brought our breakfast each day, was so, so lovely and we really appreciated her kindness. In general, our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed our time very much :)
The communication was a little poor. I'd messaged three days prior to arrival to enquire about storing our luggage, and never got a response to either confirm or deny the possibility, so we ended up paying to keep our suitcases in a storage facility nearby. It would've just been nice to have a yes or no prior to arrival, as we landed in Heraklion at 8AM so had a 7 hour wait before getting in.

The apartment was very spacious and had a beautiful view. It is also in an excellent location.

Well equipped apartment. Very good location in the city centre. Modest breakfast included (white bread, butter, marmelade, eggs, pear/apple, orange juice. Complimentary water and wine was waiting for us.
Nice terrace but couldn't enjoy it in the mornings because there was no shade.

Great location near to public transport options and walkable distance to all city centre amenities. Nice balcony.
The accommodation was more shabby than pictured, it wasn't particularly comfortable. Lacking elements like towel rails, shelves, cupboards for clothing. The lighting was oppressive. The breakfast was not good, delivery of the food was inconsistent with very cheap products. A better choice would be for them to deliver green yoghurt, fruit etc on the first day. Instead we had cheap white bread and cornflakes with uht milk. Not what we had hoped for.
