Coimbra Premium Downtown

The location is great, easy walking distance from town. The apartment is lovely and has everything that is required. I had to so some work and the there is a long countertop with a view over town which is great.

The 3rd-floor studio apartment was spacious and comfortable for two people, with everything we needed for a short, self-catered stay. The furnishings were comfortable - most importantly the bed - with a nice panoramic view of the city, and great Internet and TV. The apartment was a 5-minute walk to many good restaurants, and just 10 minutes to the historic area of Coimbra at the base of the hill below the University. Communication from our hosts was excellent, right down to which part of the underground car park to use.

The apartment was great, but because we arrived on an important festival day and there was a nearby celebration, the traffic and parking were awful. If it wasn't for the clear instructions we had been provided by the hosts it would have been impossible. So, if you are visiting Coimbra check what might be on.

The location is just a short walk to the old town.

Door knob was falling, pillows worn out, cheap and thin blankets, sagging mattress, plus the glass windows are terribly dusty and in dire need of cleaning from the outside.
