The location is excellent, in the heart of old town’s tourist area. The apartment was immaculate. Having been renovated in 2025, everything is new and tasteful. No clutter here. High ceilings give a sense of spaciousness. We were there during a heatwave, and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver. Highly recommended for agile folks who don’t mind stairs. We had a small request of the owner, and he quickly and cheerfully addressed it.
The stairs are beautiful old wood, but they are steep. (A wrought iron railing on the second side of the stairway would look nice and be appreciated. Hint hint!) The second bathroom is very small. Its shower is basically the bathroom. We ended up doing all showers in the main bathroom.

abbiamo apprezzato la posizione centralissima , la pulizia impeccabile, i supporti per caricare i cellulari strepitosi! la scatola della tisana in omaggio che però abbiamo lasciato.
uno dei bagni estremamente piccolo, l'assenza della macchina del caffe come invece descritto nella prenotazione.Forse le scale un pò ripide andavano segnalate

Limpieza, ubicación, amabilidad del anfitrión (que en todo momento ha estado en contacto e informándonos), relación precio-servicio muy bien.
Para nuestro gusto, las almohadas y colchones eran muy blanditos y las habitaciones tienen una cristalera arriba que dan claridad de por sí, y más cuando pasa alguien por las zonas comunes. Pero esto son gustos.
