The host is great. Available to answer any questions. Comfortable bed and property has everything you need. Visitors parking permit issued on arrival too.

Great location, lots of parking available, house was clean and comfortable and host was amazing! Would 1000% book again if travelling to Liverpool. 😊

Excellent value. Had all the facilities needed. Friendly and attentive host who kindly provided soft drinks, chocolates and biscuits for our arrival. The TV's had streaming sites which was great. There was a convenience store nearby which was useful.

The bathroom was located within another bedroom and the only way to access was to walk through the bedroom past whomever was in there which was annoying when going in the middle of the night.

Property was spacious and had some good amenities such as a dining table, a living space, and a courtyard. The double bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Cans of coke and some biscoff biscuits were a nice touch.

The property was done to a very basic standard. You could feel the floorboards beneath the carpet upstairs, the coffee table was very small, and the living room TV was also very small. There was little storage space in the bedrooms for clothes, so we were living out of our bags and using the floors. The bathroom was also accessed through the second bedroom which wasn't clear from the pictures or description, and meant guests in that bedroom were disturbed in the evenings and mornings. The single beds were also very low to the floor and generally not comfortable for the guests using them.
