Lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

The outdoor area isn’t really useable and is unkempt. Despite the heads up about the removal of cooking equipment for 1 & 2 night stays, it’s quite disappointing that everyone is tarred with the same brush due to a select few. I’m not entirely sure what difference it would make for someone stay 1-2 days or 3 days really apart from the obvious profit for longer stays.

The location is good, close by Uber or car to the city centre and waterfront to see Beetles statues.

No washing machine even though it is listed as having one, other than that, fine

It was really conveniently located for what we needed and it was easy to park on the street outside All instructions for getting in etc were very clear

Very steep stairs - not anyone’s fault it’s the nature of an old building but could be difficult for some. To access the bathroom you had to go through one of the bedrooms.

Property was spacious and had some good amenities such as a dining table, a living space, and a courtyard. The double bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Cans of coke and some biscoff biscuits were a nice touch.

The property was done to a very basic standard. You could feel the floorboards beneath the carpet upstairs, the coffee table was very small, and the living room TV was also very small. There was little storage space in the bedrooms for clothes, so we were living out of our bags and using the floors. The bathroom was also accessed through the second bedroom which wasn't clear from the pictures or description, and meant guests in that bedroom were disturbed in the evenings and mornings. The single beds were also very low to the floor and generally not comfortable for the guests using them.
